We are looking for external evaluators for projects funded by the National Agency. What does it mean to be an evaluator, and how can you become one?
Independent evaluators are external experts who ensure the objectivity of the evaluation process for products and reports developed within projects funded through programs managed by ANPCDEFP. These experts are selected through an open call for external evaluators (CALL), which remains continuously open throughout the 2021–2027 programming period (more details regarding evaluator qualifications can be found there). In addition, support resources are available for interested candidates, including the Evaluator Guide (in English), which provides detailed information about the role, responsibilities, and expectations of evaluators.
