About Us
Welcome to Asociatia Feminaforță, a dedicated non-profit organization founded in 2024 in Agnita, Romania, with a mission to champion women’s rights and foster gender equality. At asociatia feminaforță, we believe in building a society where all individuals, regardless of gender, have equal opportunities to succeed, participate, and lead. We are committed to challenging stereotypes, dismantling barriers, and creating awareness of the social, economic, and political contributions women bring to our communities.
Our organization is centered around three core areas: advocacy, education, and youth empowerment. We run workshops, campaigns, and public events to educate our community on essential issues such as gender-based violence, workplace equality, and the importance of equal representation. Recognizing that young people are the future, we are especially dedicated to youth development. By participating in Erasmus+ projects, we provide young individuals with opportunities for cultural exchange, leadership training, and skill-building activities. About Our President
Aroneasa Codruta Natalia, the president of our NGO, is a dedicated leader with a strong commitment to promoting women's rights. With a background in Geography from Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, she brings valuable academic knowledge alongside practical experience in managing Erasmus projects. Her involvement in diverse intercultural teams has honed her leadership and collaboration skills, enabling her to effectively work with people from all walks of life. Aroneasa’s exceptional communication abilities allow her to build connections effortlessly, making her a natural leader. Deeply passionate about advancing women's rights, she strives to raise awareness and inspire action within the organization and beyond, with the goal of reaching a broader audience to foster lasting change.
